These terms govern greed Studio, the dashboard assistant, and every other greed feature powered by AI.
This page is available in English only. Our terms, privacy policy and refunds policy are legal documents, and only the English version is binding — a translation could change what they mean.
Effective Date: November 6, 2026
ABOUT THESE AI TERMS
These AI Terms of Service ("AI Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and NURVA APP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as greed ("we," "us," or "our"). They apply whenever you use any part of greed that relies on artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, or synthetic speech (together, the "AI Features").
The AI Terms add to our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy (together, the "Main Terms"). Everything in the Main Terms still applies when you use the AI Features. Where the AI Terms and the Main Terms say different things about an AI Feature, the AI Terms win for that AI Feature only. Where the AI Terms are silent, the Main Terms apply.
By using an AI Feature, starting a build in greed Studio, linking a bot to greed Studio, sending a message to the dashboard assistant, running an AI command, or enabling an AI-powered option in your server, you agree to these AI Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the AI Features. You can keep using the rest of greed without them.
If you use the AI Features on behalf of a company, community, team or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these AI Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
These AI Terms are written in plain English where we can manage it. Headings are for convenience only and do not change what a section means. Words like "including" and "for example" introduce examples and never limit the general words before them.
WE DO NOT TRAIN AI ON YOUR DATA
Your prompts, your messages, your bots, your server's data and everything an AI Feature produces for you are used to provide the AI Features to you. They are not used to train, fine-tune or otherwise improve any AI model, by us or by our Model Providers.
We do not train, fine-tune or build AI models from your Input or Output, and we do not sell or license it to anyone who would.
We only use Model Providers through their business and developer services, under terms that do not allow them to train their models on the data we send. Where a provider offers a setting that would share data for training or model improvement, we keep it turned off.
This applies to every AI Feature, free or paid, and to End Users' messages that reach an AI Feature you enabled.
If we ever want to use your data to improve an AI model, we will ask you first and only do it if you opt in. Saying no will not change what you can use.
Model Providers may keep data for a limited time to operate their service and to detect abuse, as their own terms describe. That is separate from training, and the section on privacy below explains what we keep and why.
DEFINITIONS
In these AI Terms:
"AI Features" means every feature of greed that uses artificial intelligence, including greed Studio, the dashboard assistant, AI commands in Discord, AI-assisted ticket tools, the music DJ voice, and any AI feature we add later.
"greed Studio" or "Studio" means our service that builds, tests, hosts and runs custom Discord bots from instructions you write in plain language.
"Input" means anything you give an AI Feature, including prompts, messages, instructions, names, descriptions, images, files, settings, example data, and anything your server members send to an AI Feature you enabled.
"Output" means anything an AI Feature produces for you, including text, answers, summaries, code, bot behaviour, command definitions, configuration changes, plans, images, profile text and generated speech.
"Generated Bot" means a Discord bot built or changed with Studio, including its code, commands, replies, stored data, settings and profile.
"Your Application" means the Discord application and bot user you create in the Discord Developer Portal and connect to Studio.
"Bot Token" means the secret credential Discord issues for Your Application.
"Bot Data" means information a Generated Bot stores while it runs, such as warnings, counters, settings or anything else its code saves.
"End Users" means the people who interact with a Generated Bot or with an AI Feature you enabled in a server, other than you.
"Credits" means the units that measure and limit how much AI processing you can use in Studio and other credit-based AI Features.
"Model Provider" means a third party whose AI models or speech services power an AI Feature, such as Anthropic for Studio.
"External Service" means any website, API or service outside greed and Discord that a Generated Bot or AI Feature contacts.
WHICH FEATURES THESE AI TERMS COVER
These AI Terms cover every AI Feature, whether free or paid, whether in Discord, on greed.best, or anywhere else we offer it. As of the effective date, that includes:
greed Studio, where you describe a bot and an AI agent writes, checks and tests it, and where we then host and run that bot for you.
The dashboard assistant, which reads your server's greed settings and proposes changes for you to approve.
AI commands in Discord that answer questions, hold conversations or generate text.
AI-assisted ticket tools, such as suggested resolutions and summaries of what a ticket is about.
The music DJ voice, which uses synthetic speech to talk between songs.
Any AI Feature that is labelled as a preview, beta, experiment or early access.
We may add, change, rename, merge, limit or remove AI Features at any time. A new AI Feature is covered by these AI Terms from the moment it becomes available to you, without any further step.
WHO MAY USE THE AI FEATURES
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country, and the minimum age set by our Main Terms.
To use greed Studio, buy Credits, or connect a Bot Token, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these AI Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.
You must not be barred from receiving the AI Features under the laws of the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, or any other country whose laws apply to you, and you must not be named on a sanctions list.
You must not use the AI Features if we, Discord or a Model Provider has previously suspended or banned you from them, unless we have told you in writing that you may.
You must have a Discord account in good standing. If Discord suspends your account, we may suspend your access to the AI Features too.
Server owners and administrators who turn on an AI Feature in a server are responsible for making sure that it is suitable for the people in that server, including any younger members.
HOW AI WORKS AND WHAT IT CANNOT DO
AI models produce Output by predicting likely text, code or sound from patterns. They do not understand your request the way a person does, they do not know facts the way a database does, and they can be confidently wrong. Please read this section carefully, because it explains why we cannot promise that Output is right.
Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, offensive, biased, or simply not what you asked for.
The same Input can produce different Output each time.
Output may look correct and still contain mistakes, including bugs, security weaknesses, wrong permission checks, and code that works in a test but fails in a busy server.
Output may resemble content produced for other people, because models learn from shared patterns. We do not promise that any Output is unique to you.
AI Features do not know about events after their models were trained unless they are given that information, and they can invent sources, quotes, links, commands, features and facts that do not exist.
Automated checks and tests that an AI Feature runs reduce mistakes but do not remove them. A Generated Bot that passed its tests can still behave wrongly.
An AI Feature is not a person and does not act on our behalf when it talks to you. Nothing an AI Feature says is a promise, offer, statement of policy, or legal commitment from us.
YOU MUST REVIEW OUTPUT BEFORE YOU RELY ON IT, PUBLISH IT, OR LET IT AFFECT OTHER PEOPLE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DECIDING WHETHER OUTPUT IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Output is not legal, medical, psychological, financial, tax, investment, safety, security, or other professional advice. Do not use an AI Feature as a substitute for a qualified professional. If someone is in danger, contact the emergency services in your country. Never use an AI Feature to make decisions about anyone's health, safety, freedom, employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, or legal rights.
NO HIGH-RISK USE
The AI Features are not designed, tested or permitted for use where a failure could lead to death, injury, serious harm to the environment, or serious financial loss, including emergency services, medical devices, critical infrastructure, weapons, or transport. You must not use them for any of these purposes.
YOUR INPUT
You are responsible for all Input you provide and for Input that End Users provide through an AI Feature you enabled. By providing Input, you confirm that:
You own the Input or have every right, licence, consent and permission needed to give it to us and to have it processed as these AI Terms describe.
Providing it does not break any law, contract, confidentiality duty, or anyone else's rights, including copyright, trade mark, privacy and data protection rights.
It does not contain malware, exploits, or instructions designed to make an AI Feature ignore its rules, reveal its instructions, or act against our systems.
KEEP SENSITIVE INFORMATION OUT
Do not put the following into an AI Feature unless the feature is clearly built to receive it, and even then only what is strictly necessary:
Passwords, Bot Tokens (other than in the dedicated token field in Studio), API keys, private keys, recovery codes, or other secrets.
Payment card numbers, bank details, government identity numbers or other financial identifiers.
Health information, information about anyone's sex life or sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, or criminal records.
Personal information about children.
Personal information about anyone who has not agreed to it being used, beyond what is reasonably needed for the feature.
Confidential information belonging to an employer, client or anyone else who has not allowed you to share it.
If you put a secret into a prompt by mistake, treat it as exposed: change it straight away. If it was a Bot Token, reset it in the Discord Developer Portal and link the new one in Studio.
LICENCE YOU GIVE US
You keep any rights you have in your Input. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, display, analyse, adapt and use your Input, and to let our Model Providers and service providers do the same on our behalf, only as needed to provide, secure, support, improve the safety of, and enforce the rules of the AI Features, to comply with the law, and as described in our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when the Input is deleted from our systems, except for copies we are allowed or required to keep under these AI Terms or the law.
OUTPUT AND WHO OWNS IT
As between you and us, and to the extent the law allows, you own the Output generated for you, and we assign to you any rights we have in it. This does not give you any rights in our software, our platform, our prompts and instructions, our templates, our designs, our trade marks, or anything that existed before your request, all of which stay ours or our licensors'.
AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights in some countries, and the rules differ from place to place. We do not promise that you can register, enforce or exclusively control any Output.
Other people may receive Output that is the same as or similar to yours. Your ownership of your Output does not extend to the same or similar Output generated for anyone else.
You are responsible for your use of Output, including making sure that it does not infringe anyone's rights, mislead anyone, or break any law, and that it follows Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
LABELLING AI CONTENT
Where the law or a platform's rules require AI-generated or AI-altered content to be disclosed or labelled, you must do so. You must not present Output as written, said or approved by a real person when it was not, and you must not remove or hide any label we add to show that content is AI-generated.
FEEDBACK
If you rate Output, report a problem, or send us ideas or suggestions about the AI Features, we may use that feedback for any purpose without paying you or owing you anything.
ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE AI FEATURES
The acceptable use rules in our Main Terms apply to the AI Features. In addition, you must not use any AI Feature, and must not build, host or run any Generated Bot, to do or help anyone do any of the following.
ILLEGAL, HARMFUL AND ABUSIVE CONTENT
Anything illegal, or anything that encourages, plans or helps someone commit a crime.
Create, request, store or share sexual content involving anyone under 18, or content that sexualises minors in any way. We report this to the relevant authorities.
Create sexual or intimate content of a real person without their consent, including synthetic or edited images, audio or text.
Harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, stalk, dox, blackmail or humiliate anyone.
Promote, praise or support terrorism, violent extremism, hate groups, or violence against people or animals.
Attack or demean people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or veteran status.
Encourage or give instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
Produce instructions for making weapons capable of mass harm, including biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons, or for building explosives or illegal firearms.
Sell, buy or arrange illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen data, accounts, or other prohibited items.
Run, promote or facilitate real-money gambling, lotteries or prize draws where that is unlawful or where you lack any required licence.
DISCORD ABUSE
Build or run a bot that breaks Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms of Service or Developer Policy.
Build a self-bot, account automation, or anything that logs in as a user account rather than a bot.
Raid, nuke, mass-ban, mass-delete, mass-mention, spam, or otherwise disrupt servers, including servers you do not own or manage.
Mass-message users, send unsolicited direct messages, or advertise without consent.
Scrape, collect, sell, or build profiles from Discord users' messages, presence, membership or other information beyond what your bot genuinely needs to work in the servers that added it.
Track users across servers, monitor what they do without their knowledge, or reveal information they have not chosen to share.
Get around Discord's rate limits, permission system, verification requirements, privileged intent rules, or safety features.
Steal, phish for, or collect tokens, passwords, or login sessions.
Impersonate Discord, greed, another bot, a server's staff, a company, a public figure, or any other person.
Run a bot whose profile, name, avatar, banner or description is misleading, infringing or would break Discord's rules.
DECEPTION, FRAUD AND MANIPULATION
Scams, phishing, fake giveaways, fake nitro or currency offers, pyramid schemes, pump-and-dump schemes, or other fraud.
Spread disinformation intended to deceive people about elections, voting, public health, emergencies, or other matters of public interest.
Pretend that Output, or a Generated Bot, is a human when someone asks or would reasonably expect to know.
Clone or imitate a real person's voice, likeness or writing style to deceive anyone or without that person's permission.
Manipulate people into harming themselves, giving away money or personal information, or acting against their own interests.
SURVEILLANCE AND HIGH-IMPACT DECISIONS
Identify people from images, voices or other biometric data, or infer emotions, health, sexuality, political views, or other sensitive traits about identifiable people.
Make or support decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, such as hiring, firing, lending, housing, insurance, education, immigration, or law enforcement.
Build social scoring, predictive policing, or similar systems.
ATTACKS ON GREED, MODEL PROVIDERS AND OTHERS
Create, test or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, exploits, credential stuffers, denial-of-service tools, or anything designed to damage, break into, or overload a system.
Probe, scan, or test the security of greed, Studio, a Model Provider, Discord, or any External Service, unless that owner has authorised it in writing. For greed, follow the security reporting section below instead.
Try to get around, disable, or weaken any limit, safety check, filter, sandbox, resource cap, credit meter, rate limit, or approval step, including by splitting work across accounts or projects.
Try to make an AI Feature reveal its hidden instructions, other users' data, secrets, or internal information, or try to make it act against our rules (sometimes called prompt injection or jailbreaking).
Use a Generated Bot to make requests to private networks, internal addresses, cloud metadata services, or any system it is not allowed to contact.
Use the AI Features to mine cryptocurrency, run unrelated computing jobs, host files, or act as a proxy.
Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the models, prompts, source code or systems behind the AI Features, except where the law gives you a right to do so that cannot be excluded.
Use Input, Output or the AI Features to develop, train or improve a model or service that competes with greed or with a Model Provider.
Access the AI Features through automated means, scripts, or unofficial clients, other than through features we provide for that purpose.
ACCOUNTS AND CREDITS
Share, sell, rent or lend your account, your Credits, your Generated Bots, or your access to the AI Features, unless we offer a feature that allows it.
Create several accounts to get extra free Credits, bots, trials or other limits.
Resell, white-label or offer the AI Features to others as your own service without a written agreement with us.
This list is not complete. We may decide in good faith that other uses are harmful or abusive and treat them the same way. Model Providers also have their own usage policies, and you must not use an AI Feature in a way that breaks them.
GREED STUDIO
This section applies when you use greed Studio. It adds to everything else in these AI Terms.
WHAT STUDIO DOES
Studio lets you describe a Discord bot in your own words. An AI agent writes the bot's code, checks it, and tests its commands. When you choose to put a version live, we run that version for you on our platform, connected to Your Application through your Bot Token. You can ask for changes, restore earlier versions, take the bot offline, unlink it, or delete it.
YOU ARE THE BOT'S DEVELOPER
Your Application belongs to you, and you are its developer for the purposes of Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy. We provide tools and hosting; we are not the developer, owner, or operator of your Generated Bot in Discord's eyes or anyone else's. That means you are responsible for:
Creating and managing Your Application in the Discord Developer Portal, including its name, icon, privileged intents, verification, team members and settings.
Everything your Generated Bot says and does, in every server it is in, whether a person or the AI wrote the code.
Following Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy, including any requirements to publish a terms of service and privacy policy for your bot, to verify your bot once it reaches the required number of servers, and to apply for privileged intents only when you genuinely need them.
Telling End Users what your bot collects and does, getting any consent the law requires, and answering their requests and complaints.
Giving your bot only the Discord permissions it needs, and setting its role position carefully in each server.
Doing what Studio tells you must be done before a bot works fully, such as granting a permission or moving a role. We cannot do these steps for you.
YOUR BOT TOKEN
When you link Your Application, you give us your Bot Token and authorise us to use it on your behalf to register your bot's commands, run your bot, answer its interactions, read the server information your bot needs, update its profile when you or the AI agent ask us to, and take it offline. We keep the token protected and only use it for those purposes.
Only link a Bot Token for an application you own or are authorised to manage.
Do not link the same Bot Token to another hosting service at the same time. Doing so can make your bot behave unpredictably, and we are not responsible for the result.
If you think your Bot Token has been exposed, reset it in the Discord Developer Portal and link the new one in Studio. Resetting it immediately stops the old one working everywhere.
If Discord rejects your Bot Token, your bot may be taken offline and some features may stop until you link a valid token.
You can unlink your bot at any time. Unlinking stops us using the token and takes the bot offline.
BOT PROFILE CHANGES
You can change your bot's name, description, avatar and banner from Studio, and you allow the AI agent to propose and make changes to your bot's name and description when you ask it to build or change your bot. Profile changes are made through Discord, are subject to Discord's limits and rules, and may be refused by Discord. You are responsible for the profile you publish. If the bot is not linked when a change is made, we may apply the change the next time you link it.
HOSTING, LIMITS AND AVAILABILITY
We run Generated Bots on shared infrastructure with fair-use limits on processing time, memory, storage, network access, the number of bots, the number of builds, and how often they can run. These limits depend on your plan and may change. To protect the platform and other users, we may slow down, pause, restart, stop, quarantine or take offline any Generated Bot that:
uses more than its share of processing time, memory or storage;
repeatedly crashes, times out or fails;
receives traffic that suggests abuse, spam or an attack;
contacts addresses or services it is not allowed to contact;
breaks these AI Terms, the Main Terms, or Discord's rules; or
is linked to an account that has been suspended, downgraded, or has stopped paying for the plan that covered it.
STUDIO HOSTING IS PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE OF UPTIME, RESPONSE TIME, OR CONTINUITY. GENERATED BOTS MAY BE SLOW, UNAVAILABLE, OR STOPPED AT ANY TIME, INCLUDING DURING MAINTENANCE, OUTAGES AT DISCORD OR OUR PROVIDERS, OR CHANGES TO STUDIO. DO NOT RELY ON A GENERATED BOT FOR ANYTHING WHERE AN INTERRUPTION WOULD CAUSE SERIOUS HARM.
BOT DATA
Bot Data is stored for your Generated Bot within your plan's storage limit. When a bot reaches its limit, it may be unable to save more.
For Bot Data about End Users, you decide what the bot collects and why. Where data protection law applies, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf to run your bot.
You must not make a Generated Bot collect more personal data than it needs, keep it longer than necessary, or use it for anything End Users would not reasonably expect.
We do not promise to back up Bot Data and we do not promise that Bot Data can be exported. Data may be lost through faults, limits, or misuse of the bot's own code.
When you delete a Studio bot, its Bot Data is deleted. Deletion cannot be undone.
Restoring an earlier version of a bot restores its code and settings. It does not restore Bot Data that has since changed or been deleted.
EXTERNAL SERVICES AND CONNECTORS
A Generated Bot may be able to contact some External Services, either through connectors we offer or through web requests you approve. We limit which addresses a bot may reach and may refuse any request. You are responsible for following each External Service's terms, rate limits and licences, for any keys or accounts you use with it, and for the content your bot fetches and shows. We are not responsible for External Services, what they return, or whether they stay available.
AUTOMATED SAFETY CHECKS
Studio automatically checks generated code and may refuse to run, deploy or keep running code that looks unsafe, abusive, or outside the platform's rules. These checks can be wrong in either direction: they may refuse code that is harmless, and they will not catch every problem. A bot passing our checks does not mean it is safe, lawful or suitable, and we may act on a bot later even if it passed earlier.
VERSIONS, TESTS AND LOGS
Studio keeps a history of your builds, versions and recent logs so you can see what changed and why a bot misbehaved. Tests the agent runs use simulated users and servers and may not reflect how your bot behaves with real people, real permissions and real traffic. Logs are limited, may be incomplete, and are kept only for a short time.
WHEN YOUR PLAN CHANGES
If your plan ends or you move to a plan with lower limits, bots, builds, storage and Credits are reduced to the new plan's limits. Bots above the new limit may be taken offline and refuse changes until you upgrade or remove other bots. Data stored above a lower storage limit may stop being writable.
THE DASHBOARD ASSISTANT
The dashboard assistant reads your server's greed settings and the information greed already holds about your server, and proposes changes in plain language. It can only act through the same permissions you have on the dashboard.
The assistant proposes; you decide. Changes that need your approval are shown to you before they are applied. Read every proposal carefully before you approve it.
Once you approve a change, it is treated as a change you made, and you are responsible for it as if you had made it by hand.
We may refuse to carry out a proposal, require extra confirmation, or limit how many changes the assistant can make, for example when a change looks risky.
Some changes can be undone from the dashboard, but not all. Undoing a change does not undo its effects in Discord, such as messages already sent or roles already given or taken away.
The assistant may misunderstand your request, describe a setting wrongly, or propose something that does not suit your server.
The assistant's usage may be limited by a spending budget or by your plan.
AI FEATURES INSIDE DISCORD
AI COMMANDS
AI commands answer questions and hold conversations in Discord. Replies are generated automatically and are shown in the channel where the command was used, where other members may see them. Do not share private information in an AI command in a public channel. Usage may be limited per user, per server, or by plan.
AI IN TICKETS
Where a server enables AI-assisted ticket tools, the contents of a ticket, including messages and form answers from the person who opened it, may be sent to a Model Provider to produce suggestions or summaries. Staff remain responsible for every reply and decision in a ticket. Server administrators who turn these tools on must make sure their members know that ticket contents may be processed by AI, and must not turn them on for tickets likely to contain sensitive information unless they have a lawful basis to do so.
THE MUSIC DJ VOICE
The DJ voice uses synthetic speech to talk between songs. The voices are computer-generated and do not belong to, represent, or speak for any real person. What the DJ says is generated automatically from information such as track titles, artists, who requested a song, and the time of day. When you are the only listener, the DJ may also mention things about your own listening, such as artists you have played often. The DJ may make mistakes, mispronounce names, or say things that do not suit the moment. Anyone in the voice channel can start or stop it.
SERVER ADMINISTRATORS
If you turn on an AI Feature in a server you manage, you are responsible for that decision. You must tell your members about it where the law or Discord's rules require, set it up so it suits your community, and switch it off if it causes problems. Members who do not want to interact with an AI Feature should be able to avoid it.
CREDITS, PLANS AND PAYMENT
Some AI Features, including Studio, are measured in Credits. Credits measure how much AI processing a request uses, which depends on the model you choose, the effort level, the length of the conversation, the size of your bot, and how much work the AI agent does.
Your plan includes a number of Credits for each billing month. Unused Credits do not roll over to the next month unless we say otherwise.
Credits have no cash value, are not money or electronic money, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred, sold or gifted, and are not your property.
Credits are used up as the AI works, whether or not you are happy with the result, whether or not the build finishes, and whether or not you later undo or delete what was built. A build may stop when it reaches the Credits available to it, leaving work unfinished.
When a build starts, we may set aside some of your Credits so that two builds cannot spend the same Credits. Credits that a finished build did not use are returned to your balance.
Deleting a bot or a conversation does not return the Credits used on it.
We may change how many Credits an action uses, which models and effort levels each plan can use, and how many Credits each plan includes. Changes apply from the next request you make.
Estimates of Credit usage shown before or during a build are estimates only.
If a fault on our side clearly wastes your Credits, contact us and we will look at it in good faith. We may, at our discretion, restore Credits. Restored Credits are not a refund of money.
Free plans, trials, promotions and free Credits may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and may be limited to one per person.
We may cancel, freeze or remove Credits obtained through fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, chargebacks, or breach of these AI Terms.
Paid plans are bought and renewed under our Main Terms. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Because Credits are consumed by real AI processing that we pay for as it happens, Credits that have been used are not refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
MODEL PROVIDERS AND OTHER THIRD PARTIES
AI Features rely on Model Providers and other third parties. For example, greed Studio uses Claude models made by Anthropic, and other AI Features may use other providers for text and speech. When you use an AI Feature, your Input and related information are sent to the relevant Model Provider so it can produce Output.
We choose Model Providers and may change them, or the models we use, at any time, including replacing a model you selected with a newer or different one when a model is retired.
Model Providers have their own usage policies and safety systems. They may refuse or stop processing a request, and that refusal may still use Credits.
We use Model Providers' business and developer services, whose terms do not allow them to train their models on the data we send, and we keep any optional data-sharing or model-improvement setting turned off (see "We do not train AI on your data" above). Their own terms and privacy policies govern how long they keep that data and how they protect it, and we do not control them.
If a Model Provider is unavailable, slow, or changes its service, AI Features may stop working or change. We are not responsible for a Model Provider's acts or omissions.
Names of models and providers are trade marks of their owners. Using them does not mean those owners endorse greed or your use of the AI Features.
PRIVACY AND HOW WE HANDLE AI DATA
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. This section adds detail specific to the AI Features.
We process Input, Output, and information about how you use the AI Features, such as which model you chose, how many Credits you used, build history, tests the agent ran, and your bots' recent logs.
We keep Studio conversations and build history so you can see and continue them, and we keep records of Credit usage for as long as we need them for billing, accounting, tax, fraud prevention and dispute handling, even after you delete a bot.
We do not use your Input or Output to train AI models, and our Model Providers do not either (see "We do not train AI on your data" above).
We may review Input, Output, Generated Bots and logs, automatically and by people, to provide and support the AI Features, to fix problems you report, to investigate abuse or security issues, to enforce these AI Terms, and to comply with the law. Do not put anything into an AI Feature that you would not want reviewed for those purposes.
We may keep Input, Output and related records for longer than usual where they are needed to investigate abuse, to comply with a legal obligation, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We may share information with Discord, law enforcement, child safety organisations, or other authorities where the law requires it, or where we believe in good faith it is needed to prevent serious harm.
If you use a Generated Bot or an AI Feature to process End Users' personal information, you are responsible for having a lawful basis, telling End Users what happens to their information, and handling their requests. Where data protection law treats us as your processor for that information, we process it only to provide the AI Features on your instructions, as those instructions are set out in these AI Terms and in how you configure your bot.
YOUR END USERS
End Users of your Generated Bot, or of an AI Feature you turned on, are not our customers for that bot or feature. You must:
Make sure your bot and your use of AI Features follow the law and Discord's rules wherever your End Users are.
Tell End Users, clearly and before they rely on it, when they are interacting with AI or with an automated system.
Provide a way for End Users to contact you about your bot, and deal with their complaints yourself.
Not tell End Users, or let your bot tell them, that greed, Anthropic or any other provider operates, approves or is responsible for your bot.
Not let your bot target, collect information from, or show unsuitable content to children.
If an End User or anyone else complains to us about your Generated Bot, we may pass the complaint to you, ask you to deal with it, and act on the bot ourselves where these AI Terms allow.
MONITORING, ENFORCEMENT AND REPORTING
We use automated systems and human review to keep the AI Features safe. If we believe, in good faith, that you, your Input, your Output, or your Generated Bot breaks these AI Terms, the Main Terms, a Model Provider's usage policy, Discord's rules, or the law, or puts anyone at risk, we may do any of the following, with or without notice:
Refuse, stop or cancel a request or build.
Remove or block Output.
Take a Generated Bot offline, quarantine it, stop it from being changed, or delete it.
Stop using a Bot Token and unlink it.
Limit or withdraw your access to one or more AI Features, or to greed as a whole.
Remove Credits obtained through abuse.
Report the matter to Discord, a Model Provider, law enforcement, or another appropriate organisation.
Where it is safe and lawful, and does not get in the way of an investigation, we will try to tell you why we acted and how to contact us if you think we got it wrong. You can ask us to review a decision by emailing [email protected].
REPORTING A PROBLEM
If you see Output or a Generated Bot that you believe is illegal, harmful, or breaks these AI Terms, report it to [email protected] with as much detail as you can, such as the bot's name or application ID, the server, and what happened.
SECURITY ISSUES
If you find a security weakness in the AI Features, tell us privately at [email protected]. Do not access other people's data, do not degrade the service, and give us a reasonable time to fix the issue before you tell anyone else. Testing that follows these rules in good faith will not, on its own, be treated as a breach of these AI Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS
If you believe Output, a Generated Bot, or anything hosted through the AI Features infringes your intellectual property, email [email protected] with your contact details, a description of your work and your rights in it, where the infringing material is, and a statement that your complaint is accurate and made in good faith. We may remove or disable the material and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.
PREVIEWS, BETAS AND CHANGES TO THE AI FEATURES
Some AI Features are offered as previews, betas, experiments or early access. They may be unfinished, unreliable, limited, or changed or removed without notice, and data created with them may be lost. We may limit who can use them. Everything in these AI Terms applies to them, and the disclaimers apply to them with even greater force.
AI technology changes quickly. We may change which models are available, how they behave, how Credits are measured, what plans include, which External Services bots can reach, and how Studio works. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes during a period you have already paid for, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you in advance, and your rights under our Refund Policy and the law are unaffected.
AI DISCLAIMERS
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AI FEATURES, ALL OUTPUT, ALL GENERATED BOTS, AND STUDIO HOSTING ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
Without limiting the general disclaimer in our Main Terms, we do not promise that:
Output will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, lawful, original, inoffensive, or suitable for your purpose.
Generated code will be free of bugs, security vulnerabilities, or behaviour you did not intend, or that it will work with every server, permission setup, or level of traffic.
A Generated Bot will stay online, respond within any time, keep its data, or keep working after changes to Discord, a Model Provider, or an External Service.
Safety checks, tests, filters or reviews will catch every problem.
Output will not infringe anyone's rights.
Any particular model, effort level, voice or feature will remain available.
Credits will be enough to finish any given request.
Nothing in these AI Terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by contract. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not carried out with reasonable care and skill, and digital content that is not as described or of satisfactory quality. These AI Terms do not affect those rights.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The limitation of liability in our Main Terms applies to the AI Features. In addition, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM: (A) YOUR RELIANCE ON OUTPUT; (B) THE BEHAVIOUR OF A GENERATED BOT, INCLUDING MESSAGES IT SENDS, ACTIONS IT TAKES IN SERVERS, AND DATA IT COLLECTS, STORES OR LOSES; (C) CHANGES YOU APPROVE THROUGH THE DASHBOARD ASSISTANT; (D) EXPOSURE OR MISUSE OF A BOT TOKEN OR OTHER SECRET THAT YOU SHARED IN AN INPUT OR OUTSIDE THE DEDICATED TOKEN FIELD; (E) THE ACTS, OMISSIONS OR UNAVAILABILITY OF DISCORD, A MODEL PROVIDER OR AN EXTERNAL SERVICE; OR (F) ANY ACTION WE TAKE IN GOOD FAITH UNDER THE ENFORCEMENT SECTION OF THESE AI TERMS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE AI FEATURES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE AI FEATURES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY POUNDS STERLING (£50).
Nothing in these AI Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO US
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NURVA APP LTD and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
your Input, and Input that End Users provide through an AI Feature you enabled;
your use of Output;
your Generated Bots, Your Application, and anything they do;
your handling of End Users' personal information;
your use of External Services through a Generated Bot; or
your breach of these AI Terms, the Main Terms, Discord's rules, a Model Provider's usage policy, or the law.
We will tell you about any claim we want you to cover, let you control its defence where that is reasonable, and cooperate with you at your cost. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on our behalf or binds us without our written consent.
ENDING YOUR USE OF THE AI FEATURES
You can stop using the AI Features at any time. In Studio, you can take any bot offline, unlink it, or delete it. Deleting a bot deletes its code, versions and Bot Data and stops it running. It does not delete billing records, and it does not return Credits.
We may suspend or end your access to the AI Features as described in the enforcement section and in our Main Terms. We may also stop offering an AI Feature altogether. If we permanently close Studio for reasons other than your breach, we will make a reasonable effort to give paying users notice before their bots stop running.
When your access ends, your Generated Bots stop running and their data may be deleted after a reasonable period, or straight away where the reason for ending access makes that appropriate. Sections that by their nature should continue, including those on Output ownership, Credits already used, privacy, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes, continue after your access ends.
LAWS, REGULATION AND EXPORT
You must follow all laws that apply to your use of the AI Features, including laws on data protection, consumer protection, AI transparency, intellectual property, online safety, advertising, gambling, and export control.
Where AI-specific laws, such as the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, require transparency, risk management, human oversight, or other steps for the way you use an AI Feature or a Generated Bot, you are responsible for meeting those requirements for your own use.
You must not use, export or re-export the AI Features or any Output in breach of export controls or sanctions, including by providing them to anyone in a sanctioned country or region or to a sanctioned person.
If a regulator, court or law requires us to change, restrict or stop an AI Feature in some places, we may do so without liability.
DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
The dispute resolution, arbitration, class action waiver, opt-out and governing law sections of our Terms of Service apply to any dispute arising out of or relating to these AI Terms or the AI Features, as if they were written out here in full. These AI Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
GENERAL
Changes. We may update these AI Terms as the AI Features change. When we make a significant change we will update the effective date above, and where it materially affects your rights we will make a reasonable effort to tell you, for example in Studio, on the dashboard, or in our support server. Continuing to use the AI Features after a change means you accept it. If you do not accept a change, stop using the AI Features.
Entire agreement. These AI Terms and the Main Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the AI Features and replace any earlier understanding about them.
Severability. If a court finds any part of these AI Terms unenforceable, that part is changed as little as necessary to make it enforceable, and the rest stays in force.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or duties under these AI Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, as long as your rights are not reduced.
Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these AI Terms, except that our officers, directors, employees and agents may rely on the liability and indemnity sections.
Events outside our control. We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at Discord or a Model Provider, network failures, power cuts, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government action.
Language. These AI Terms are in English. Any translation is for convenience only, and the English version is the one that binds you and us.
