See how many new members speak, how many stay, and get a weekly digest.
Overview
Most servers can see how many people joined. Far fewer can see how many of those people ever said anything, or were still around a week later — and that is the number that decides whether a server grows.
Retention tools answer that. They are premium features and need analytics turned on with ,stats enable, because they are computed from data greed already collects. Nothing new is recorded.
The member funnel
,funnel shows the journey for everyone who joined recently: how many sent a message, how many were still here after seven days, and how long a typical new member takes to speak for the first time.

The window defaults to 30 days and is capped by how much history your plan keeps. A server with no joins in the window is told so rather than shown an empty chart.
The weekly digest
,churn watch posts that same picture to a channel once a week, without anyone having to remember to look.

Each digest carries four things:
,churn watch sends the first digest immediately, so you can see what it looks like before waiting a week. ,churn now sends one on demand any time.
What to do with it
A low speak rate almost always means the first thing a new member sees is too big — a busy general channel, or a wall of rules with no obvious first step. A smaller landing channel or a single clear prompt usually moves it more than anything else.
A healthy net membership with a falling speak rate is the early warning that a server is growing in size but not in community.
